Slow Cooker or Crockpot Apricot Pork Roast Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place onions in the slow cooker or crockpot.
  2. Season pork with some salt and pepper and place in the slow cooker or crockpot.
  3. Combine 3/4 cup apricot preserves through cornstarch.
  4. Pour and rub over pork.
  5. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
  6. Remove pork roast (save the gravy) and place on foil-lined baking sheet.
  7. Brush leftover apricot preserves all over roast.
  8. Broil for about 5 minutes.
  9. Serve this delicious Apricot Pork Roast with the remainder gravy.
