Cranberry Pork Recipe

 

If you love cranberry sauce and would like to see more than once a year on Thanksgiving Day, then this Cranberry Pork recipe is for you!

You can use your favorite type - either jelly (I love the jelly type!) or whole berry cranberry.

You can also substitute turkey breast for the pork roast - no need to wait till Thanksgiving to have turkey!

Slow Cooker or Crockpot Cranberry Pork Recipe

  1. Lightly season pork with some salt.
  2. Place pork loin roast in slow cooker.
  3. In a medium bowl, mash cranberry sauce.
  4. Stir in sugar, cranberry juice, mustard, and cloves and mix well.
  5. Pour over roast.
  6. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours or until pork roast is tender.
  7. Thicken with cornstarch dissolved in water  if desired.
