Guinness Beef Brisket Recipe
You can make this Guinness Beef Brisket as a main dish or use it to make a delicious Reuben sandwich with rye bread!
Not a big fan of dill, I generally leave it out. You can also add a few quartered potatoes into the recipe.
Or serve the brisket with some mashed or roasted potatoes and cabbage. You can also add some cabbage into the slow cooker or crockpot at about 30 minutes prior to serving.
